Refund policy

RETURNS

If you change your mind about a product, I happily accept returns for 30 days after you receive your package. Please email kyle@sommerletterco.com with your order number to submit a return. 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items 
  • Damaged or used items (*due to customer use) 
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
REFUNDS

I ask my customers to send returns to my PO Box. If you’ll get the item back to me, I’ll refund your full purchase, including any shipping fee on the original order!

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Returns can take anywhere from a couple of days to a couple of weeks to show up in your account or on your bank statement. If you are missing a refund, you can email me at kyle@sommerletterco.com and I’ll double check to make sure everything is taken care of on my end!
