Shipping policy


I offer $5 flat rate shipping on all US orders, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico! Orders over $75 ship free. 


Most orders will ship from my studio in Fort Wayne, IN, within 3 business days. 

Occasionally, a package can take longer to ship due to a huge influx in orders (thank you, TikTok!) or a personal emergency, like illness. I really appreciate your patience in these cases! 

Phone cases and coffee tumblers are made to order and shipped directly from a manufacturing partner. Those items may take longer to ship; specific details can be found on those product listings! 


All shipping carriers are experiencing a massive influx of packages right now. Everyone is experiencing delays, no matter which carrier you use.

One common USPS issue I’m seeing:

You got a tracking number, but your package hasn’t been scanned in by USPS. This has happened a lot more since the pandemic began. In an effort to keep mail moving, sometimes packages don’t get their “origin” scan when they first arrive at the post office. When this happens, a package can appear to be immobile for days or even a week before suddenly appearing at a customer’s doorstep. If you have a tracking number, but it’s showing up as not yet scanned in by USPS, I assure you I’ve dropped it off at my local post office! In most cases, these show up in about a week. If you’ve waited more than a week and are still not seeing movement, please email customer service at so we can help! 

We will happily replace items that are lost by a mail carrier in transit. Please email customer service at if you believe your package has been lost! 


We will always replace items that are damaged in transit! If your package is damaged, send customer service an email at with a photo, and I’ll get a replacement sent to you.
